And what should we make of the 50 kilograms of tomatoes we have to harvest because we couldn’t bring ourselves not to plant even the puniest of plants – although we already had 50 plants growing? 

My kitchen stories are where I want to tell you about my kitchen bonanzas, and my quest for delicious new recipes. I want to speak about how we preserve our harvest and how to cook and eat closer to nature, or how to make fast food from your harvest – we all have busy lives, after all. 

And let’s talk about relish. Without the indulgence of good food there is no motivation or inspiration to spend time in the kitchen and create.
